Registration Form - IMPORTANT

Hey all,

If this works correctly then you should be able to download the registration form below:

Go to REGFORM.pdf on the LMF

You'll need to fill it all out (phone someone if you aren't sure, it's better than filling it out wrong!!) and get it into us by Sunday 26th AT THE LATEST!

If you don't get it in, you won't be registered for our first game, and that would suck.

You'll also need £20, unless you've played senior league football over the summer (in which case it's £5)

You'll also need a passport-sized photo to be sent off with the form.

If we're going to Wembley on Sunday is there anywhere we can leave the forms and stuff for someone to pick up. Maybe the clubs pigeonhole in the SU department place? Also, what's all this about evidence of age...? Should we attach a photocopy of a driving license or something?

I posted a form to Gareth today, but im also taking another copy to Wembley on sunday to give to Hallissey. Hopefully one of them will get to Booth!

So i managed to take my registration form with me to Wembley and back, but still have it. Is anyone gonna be around on campus at any point on Monday that i can pass it on to, or is it gonna be too late by then anyway?
