Does anyone know why?... I've done the math and it turns out a 1-0 scoreline is inexplicable scratch

Plymouth claimed they could not get anyone to ref as they didnt get assigned an official crew. As UWE offered to host the game in Bristol and provide refs etc and Plymouth turned the offer down, they were deemed to have forfeit.
